how to order
If you are a retailer interested in carrying ScoutDog Studios products in your store, please complete the form or email your store address and phone number to wholesale@scoutdogstudios.com. Also fax a copy of your resale certificate to 866-728-6046. You will then receive a login and password so you can view and download our catalog. If you need help, please email or call 720-273-8868.
Orders can be placed online, by email, phone 720-273-8868 or fax 866-728-6046.
minimum order
The opening order is $50; reorder is $25.
Opening orders on shirts and mugs are 15 pieces in each product category (15 shirts, any mixture of styles and sizes; 15 mugs, any mixture of styles). If you've purchased the minimum in any other product category, please buy whatever quantity of cards you'd like.
back orders
Back orders will be shipped unless you notify us, in writing, to cancel.
shipping
Most orders are shipped via U.S. Mail or UPS ground (unless customer instructs otherwise) from Denver, CO. Some products are shipped directly from the factory. Product prices do not include shipping. Costs for shipping and handling will be charged to the buyer.
prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders must be prepaid or are shipped COD. There is an $8.50 surcharge for COD shipments.

Visa and MasterCard; for COD, company check or money order.
cancellation or change of order
Cancellations and/or changes are not acceptable for goods in production stage. Any order changes for existing stock must be made in writing seven (7) days prior to ship date. No claims unless made within five days of receipt of goods. Returns without authorization label are automatically refused.

Most of our products are available in all dog or cat breeds on the DogMatic and CatMatic Tables. We welcome inquiries about customizing products, product development or displays, merchandising and promotion.
